RATES:
See rate chart for rates and lengths of stay below. A refundable security deposit is required in the same amount as your rental fee. You may remit that via check and it will be returned to you upon checkout assuming no damages.

POLICIES

Minimum Stay
You may arrive later or check-out earlier than your slotted rental period but the rental rate will remain the same. Please call if you would like to negotiate a custon rental period rate (603-234-2801 or 679-8243).

Minimum Age
You must be 21 years of age or have a parent or guardian with staying in the cabin with you, in order to rent a cabin.

Damages
Damages will be deducted from your security depost. You will be held liable for damage amounts in excess of your security deposit.

Payment
Payment is required prior to check-in unless otherwise arranged. Payment may be made with cash, check or PayPal. If paying by check - payment must be remitted 10 days prior to your arrival date.

Check-in
You may check-in at the designated time (see above) or later if you prefer. Cell phone signal strength is good in this area so call as you are approaching the cabin and we will be over to greet you and open the cabin for you. We are only 5 minutes away.

Check-out
You may check-out at the designated time (see above) or earlier if you prefer. Once again, cell phone signal strength is good in this area. Call as you are ready to depart and we will be over to check you out and refund your depost.

Occupancy
Our rate is based on a two person occupancy. A maximum of 4 adults can be accommodated at an additional $35 per person per night.
