Is there an onsite innkeeper or proprietor? |

No, one of the attractions of the Hibbard House is that you are your own Innkeeper. You will be checked in and greeted by the owner and checked out when you are ready to leave. You will have complete privacy while you are there. |

How far away is grocery shopping, medical access, internet, etc.? |
| A: |
The convenience and historic Brick Store is located just a walk across the street. Adjoining towns of Lisbon and Woodsville have hospitals to treat medical emergencies that might arise. There is no broadband or cable TV at the Hibbard House, although if you have a cell phone and laptop - you may be able to make your internet connection in that fashion. |

Due to the historic nature of this wood frame structure, we ask that you smoke outside only. |

Yes, we are unable to accommodate drop-in guests. |

Is the Hibbard House handicap accessable? |

There is a wheelchair ramp to the 1st floor level at the Hibbard House. There is no lift or elevator to the 2nd floor sleeping quarters. |

Why is the security deposit so high? |
| A: |
There are a number of collectibles in and on the property. Your security deposit will be refunded in full upon verification of inventory and condition of property. The person identified as the "Rentor" will also be responsible for the actions of their guests and party. |

Do you have to be 21 to stay at the Hibbard House? |

No, but the "Rentor" of record will be responsible for all guests during your period of stay. |

Is the kitchen fully equipped? |

All of your cookware and utensils, are provided. You need to bring or shop for your own food. There is a large commercial oven and stove as well as a microwave. |

Is there a washer and dryer on the property? |

Yes, there is a washer and dryer on the second floor. |

What bedding is provided? |
| A: |
Sheets, blankets, pillows and pillow cases. Pretty much all that you would need. If you have a favorite pillow you can't live without - by all means, bring it. Also provided are towels and face cloths. |
