    RATES:
    The Hibbard House is available for $75 per night, double occupancy, per bedroom.
      Our available bedrooms:
    • Hibbard Room, Queen bed, Private bath, Private fireplace
    • Pierce Room, Double bed, Shared bath, Private fireplace
    • James Room, Double bed, Shared bath
    • The Rum Hill Room, 3 Twin Beds, Shared bath
    • Sarah's Room, Queen bed, Shared bath
    POLICIES
  • Minimum Age
    You must be at least 21 years of age to be the rentor of record.

  • Payment
    Payment is required prior to check-in. Payment may be made with cash or check.

  • Check-in
    Check-in may be negotiable but generally anytime after 2pm.

  • Check-out
    Check-out may be negotiable but generally by 11am. Please call to discuss.
