    Hibbard House Rates and Policies!

    RATES:
    The Hibbard House is currently available for weekend rentals at $300 per couple for the weekend. If you are the only couple in your party then the total cost is only $300 and you will have reserved the Hibbard House to yourselves. A refundable $500 security deposit is required. Weekend rental period is from Friday 6pm to Sunday noon. You may check in later or leave earlier if you wish. Security deposit will be refunded at time of check-out.

    The weekly rate is $500 per couple with a $500 refundable security deposit. If you are the only couple in your party then the total cost is only $500 and you will have reserved the Hibbard House to yourselves. The weekly rental period is from Friday 6pm to Friday Noon.

    POLICIES
  • Minimum Age
    You must be at least 21 years of age to be the rentor of record. Children are welcome but the rentor of record will be responsible for any damage to the property.

  • Damages
    Damages will be deducted from your security depost. You will be held liable for damage amounts in excess of your security deposit.

  • Payment
    Payment is required prior to check-in. Payment may be made with cash, check or PayPal. If paying by check - payment must be remitted 10 days prior to your arrival date.

  • Check-in
    You may check-in anytime from Friday 6pm - on. Your check-in time should be coordinated with the owner so that you are properly greeted and provided answers to any additional questions you have at that time.

  • Check-out
    Check-out is by Friday noon for weekly renters and Sunday pm for weekend rentors. Earlier, if you choose. Please coordinate your departure time with us and we will be over to check you out and refund your depost. Alternate check-outs might be negotiable. Please call to discuss.

  • Occupancy
    There are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms at the Hibbard House. The current bed arrangement of 4 double beds and 3 twin beds would accomodate a maximum of 11 persons.
